Marleisse Stephens founded The Belmont Agency (TBA) in 2019, bringing over a decade of experience in global creative marketing and cultural curation from industry giants like Netflix, Spotify, and Def Jam Recordings. Her vision for TBA emerged from a deep understanding of how creative storytelling and authentic cultural marketing can transform how brands connect with diverse audiences. As Executive Director, she leverages her extensive background in developing award-winning campaigns and building cross-functional teams to guide TBA's dual mission: empowering communities of color through creative agency while revolutionizing how global brands engage with the diaspora.
